NHC Judging Schedule

Location (all activities):

Rogness Brewing
2400 Patterson Industrial Drive
Pflugerville, Texas 78660

NOTE: All judging activities will actually take place next door to Rogness Brewing (on the left side) in their future Cider facility.

Sunday, March 23rd, 11:00 A.M. (CDT)

SORTING DAY:
We have need of at least 10-12 volunteers to help with all aspects of sorting the entries in preparation for judging the following weekend. This includes activities such as assembling sorting boxes, validating entry forms and payment, labeling entries, barcode scanning entries into database, etc.

* Provisions:
Lunch will be provided (mostly likely pizza and wings or similar).

Friday, March 28th, 4:00 P.M. (CDT)

JUDGING PREPARATION AND INITIAL FLIGHT(S):
The first hour or so will be dedicated to doing final preparation of the area for judging. We are renting tables and chairs that will need to be set up, and all stations properly set up for the judges.

We will then begin a relatively short judging session, likely just one or two rounds.

* Provisions:
Dinner will be provided for all judges, stewards, and other volunteers.
Any judge participating in two or more judging sessions will receive a $10.00 Gift Card for Einstein Bros Bagels.
Post-judging volunteer reception at the Rogness Tasting Room next door.

Saturday, March 29th, 8:00 A.M. (CDT)

JUDGING CONTINUES:
We will judge as much as we can get through.

* Provisions:
Continental style breakfast will be provided.
Lunch will be provided.
Any judge participating in two or more judging sessions will receive a $10.00 Gift Card for Einstein Bros Bagels.
Post-judging volunteer reception at The Draught House Pub & Brewery.

Sunday, March 30th, 12:00 P.M. (CDT)

JUDGING CONTINUES:
Judging will continue as needed.

* Provisions:
Brunch will be provided.
Any judge participating in two or more judging sessions will receive a $10.00 Gift Card for Einstein Bros Bagels.
